  • Standard SLA is under 4 hours during business hours (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM ET). Priority clients get sub-hour responses.

  • Yes. We support cPanel, Plesk, Cloudflare, GitHub, GitLab, Vercel, Netlify, and most managed WordPress providers.

  • We can fix performance, SEO, accessibility, and UI polish issues surfaced by Byte Audit. You'll approve changes before deployment.

  • Tickets are for a bug, tweak, or small change. Project Requests are for net-new features, new pages, or larger redesigns.

  • We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire payments for larger contracts. Enterprise clients can also work with net-30 terms.

  • Yes. Priority clients have access to our emergency hotline for critical production issues that occur outside regular business hours.
